BA had their wings clipped by the Ashford bowling attack of Stephen Forster (3-13), Ben Sherriff (2-17), George Nugent (1-28) , Vaughan Lewis (4 overs for 5 runs - all wind assisted wides!), Bilal Sheikh (0-15) and Under 14, Joyal (1-11) and were 95 for 7 at the end of their 20 overs. Ashford lost Stephen Forster for 7 before Matthew Knight (11 not out) and George Nugent (55 not out) really took off piloting the team to victory and landing the winning runs with over 6 overs to spare. An excellent team performance in challenging conditions.
