Ashford U11's

Ashford U11's at last showed their potential and beat Staines & Laleham with three overs to spare.
A fine openers innings by Arshad and Akshay enabled Ashford to control the game. With 42 runs scored after 10 overs Arshad increased his scoring rate to make it a relatively easy win. Both showed the merits of building an innings and not giving away their wickets cheaply.

But two players do not make a team and without Neels 4 overs 2 for 7 and excellent fielding by the rest of the players this achievement could not have been done.
