Hosted by the ever-entertaining quizmaster Danny Baker, the event welcomed seven teams and almost 40 members and guests for an evening of friendly competition, laughter and great camaraderie.

Thanks to the generosity and support of everyone who attended, the quiz night raised nearly £400 for club funds. The money will help support the continued development of the club and its facilities.

Events like these are only possible because of the enthusiasm and generosity of our members, guests and volunteers. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Danny for putting together and delivering another excellent quiz, as well as everyone who helped organise the evening and those who took part.

Thank also to Paul for the excellent catering provided for all participants.

We look forward to seeing everyone again at our next social event, a fund-raider for the Princess Alice Hospice on Saturday 1st August. More details to follow very soon.
