Discussion of Voting Concerns at the 171st AGM
Dear Members,
This is to formally notify you that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be convened on Thursday 23rd April at 19:30 in the clubhouse to address and discuss recent voting concerns and compliance with the club`s constitution and policies bought up after the AGM. In particular, the meeting will review whether all constitutional requirements for voting and candidates' eligibility were properly met. The meeting aims to provide a transparent forum for members to raise concerns, review the circumstances surrounding these concerns, and consider appropriate actions to uphold the integrity of the club`s procedures and ensure the integrity of future voting procedures.
All members, who were paid up by the 1st of April are encouraged to attend and participate in this important discussion.
