You should have recently received a payment prompt e-mail from me (James Berressem) on behalf of Ashford CC with a green Pitchero banner.

Clicking on the link included in this email should lead you through to the correct membership product to purchase for 2016.

To make your payment you will need to complete the following brief tasks:

1. log in to your Ashford CC Pitchero profile as directed;
2. select the membership product to buy;
3. complete a brief registration form then click "Continue";
4. complete your payment details (similar to a direct debit form - billing address, bank account sort code and account number);
5. you'll be asked to check the payment details you've provided are correct, then you can submit your payment.

You should be all done and see a "Thank you for your payment" page. You'll also receive a e-mail from GoCardLess confirming your payment to Ashford (Middlesex) Cricket Club.

If at point you find the website does not allow you to proceed, please check the following:

• the URL in your web browser's address bar starts with: https://secure.pitchero.com/clubs/ashfordmiddlesexcricketclub/
• you are logged in to your personal account for the club's Pitchero website
