Dear Members,

The Ashford Sports Club practice nets are available for members to book from Monday 13th April. To make a booking, click HERE.

For health and safety reasons, the nets are only available for use during times when the Sports Club is open. Please do not use them at other times.

Please remember:

1. Always face the batters when using the nets. Never turn your head away.
2. Place the warning sign outside the net area so that all Sports Club users can clearly see it. Please return it to the net area when you have finished.
3. Give the net a roll before use. This will improve the playing experience and it has long term benefits. It is especially important after rain. There is a roller available for this purpose.
4. Please ensure you are adhering to the current ACC Nets Policy.
5. Please bring your own First Aid Kit from home.
6. Please use plastic stumps in the nets whenever possible. Please do not leave wooden stumps in the nets overnight as they will rot.
7. If the Clubhouse is closed unexpectedly, members MUST arrange access to the clubhouse and nets with a keyholder.
8. It is very important that we all take responsibility to follow the guidelines provided, for the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our community.
9. The bowling machine is only available for adult training and to adults who have been trained in its use.
