Ashford got off to a great start to the final indoor event of the winter, with a comprehensive win over Epsom. Batting first, Jenny, Becky, Katie and Harri all retired not out on their way to posting a total of 97. Epsom struggled from the start, and steadily lost wickets, finally getting just over half way to their target. The second game was against Shepperton, winners of the pre Christmas tournament. Ashford fielded first this time, and Shepperton got off to a flying start. At the half way mark it looked like Ashford would be chasing a three figure score. However it was time for the bowlers to step up to the mark. Jenny, Elize, Harri and Ali managed to put the breaks on the scoring, picking up vital wickets along the way, and Ashford knocked off the runs without any dramas, with time to spare
