Result of draw for tickets to Annual Dinner; Reminder to book early; Menu for the night published; Call for raffle prizes

There is now less than 2 months to the Club's annual dinner awards evening, the venue for which is the Harte & Garter Hotel, Windsor (www.harteandgarterhotel.com).

Over the past few weeks members paid £5 each for a chance to win x2 tickets to the dinner and a night's stay at the hotel. After 50 tickets were sold, the raffle draw was conducted last week and the lucky member to hold the winning ticket was... Sarah Frost - congratulions. Many thanks to those who took part and helped raise additional funds for the club.

The menu for the evening's meal is published here. The hotel's caters will also provide for anyone with special dietary requirements.

Ian McAllan is leading an organising sub-commitee for the event and is the first point of contact for members to book their tickets and record their menu choices for the evening. Tickets are £35 per person. When paying for your tickets with a direct transfer to the club account (sort code: 30-94-42; account number 01658116 ), please include a reference with your name, eg ‘AD Ian McAllan’.

Ian and his team are currently gathering together prizes for a fund-raiser raffle on the night - our kit supplier Mr Cricket has already contributed £150 vouchers as a prize. If you can source or offer a prize for the draw, please contact Ian.
