The AGM provides the opportunity for members to decide on the direction the club takes in the next year and beyond. Ordinary business of the AGM includes the election of officers and team captains of the club, who will steer the club forward in 2022. The meeting also offers the chance for members to step forward to take on roles for the coming year and contribute to the Club's development.

So come along to the clubhouse and have your say. The meeting should conclude inside of 90 minutes.

Members aged 16 or over at the meeting will vote on the proposals and nominations put forward on the agenda. As per the Club's Constitution, the business of the Annual General Meeting shall be to:
(a) Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any General Meetings held since
the last Annual General Meeting
(b) Receive the audited accounts for the year from the Treasurer
(c) Receive the annual report of the Committee from the Secretary
(d) Elect auditors
(e) Elect the Officers of the Club (i.e. President; Vice Presidents, Chair etc.)
(f) Review club subscription and match fee rates and agree them for the forthcoming year
(g) Transact such other business received in writing by the Secretary from members fourteen days prior to the meeting and included on the agenda.

The notice and agenda of the AGM is accompanied here by:
- The Treasuer's financial report and the Club's annual accounts;
- Minutes of the last AGM;
- Draft Club Constitution detailing proposed changes to be adopted at the AGM;
- A letter from Paul Frost, nominee for chairman .

The annual reports for 2021 season are also published here, which include team reports, junior age group reports and other news and comments from officers of the Club.

Please review these documents ahead of the meeting.

Any apologies for absence should be forwarded to me or the secretary, Mick Tilt, and these will be recorded at the meeting.

Note that before and after the AGM I'll be distributing membership cards for the new dual pricing system to introduced at Short Lane in December. I look forward to seeing our members on the night.
